One address per application. You decide when it stops.

Applicant.cc creates an email alias for every job you apply to, forwards replies to your inbox and files them with the application. Mute or delete any alias at any time.

For anyone applying to lots of roles who would rather keep their personal inbox out of recruiter databases.

How it works

  1. 01

    Create an alias

One per application, used in place of your real email.

  2. 02

    Get replies as usual

Forwarded to your inbox and logged on the application timeline.

  3. 03

    Mute or delete

Stop contact per company. Unexpected mail shows where your details went.

Example

The life of one alias

kestrel-2bvr@applicant.cc
  1. 01

    You apply

    Applied

The alias goes on Kestrel Bank's application form instead of your personal email.

  2. 02

    They reply

    Interviewing

Replies are forwarded to your inbox and filed on the application timeline.

  3. 03

    It closes

    Closed

You mark the application closed. The history stays with it.

  4. 04

    You mute it

    Muted

New mail is kept here but no longer reaches your inbox.

  5. 05

    Something unexpected

    Flagged

A sender with no link to Kestrel Bank writes in. We flag it, so you can see where your address went.

Questions about your data

You're trusting us with replies from employers. Here's what that means.

Can you read my email?

Messages to your aliases are stored so they can appear on your application timeline. They are processed automatically for forwarding. Nobody at Applicant.cc opens them unless you ask for help with a specific message.

What do you store?

Your account details, your candidate profile, the applications you create and the messages sent to your aliases. Nothing else.

What happens when I delete an alias?

New mail to it is rejected. Messages already received stay on the application until you delete them.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, at any time from settings. Your account, aliases, applications and stored messages are permanently removed.

Will employers know I'm using an alias?

They'll see an @applicant.cc address. Replying works like any other email.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. There are no ad trackers, and your details are never shared with employers or recruiters.
